Topic: Make multi rescue cd

I want to make a cd have many antivirus rescue cd : avira, kas,g-data,f-secure, vba, bitdefender,... but there is a problem :If extract iso file then they will have the same "boot" folder. How do make it ?Sr, my english is not good !
