As this is your first post – I say welcome to this forum Behdadsoft :D

I’m unsure what you mean ???

If your intension is to use different “rescue-CD” that you are able to create in acronis products – well if so – you can use this simple solution.

1. Create “rescue ISO-file” using Acronis “Bootable Rescue Media Builder” (you have this option in Acronis)
2. Put created ISO in folder ezboot
3. Create menu in EasyBoot and use menu command:  bcdw /ezboot/rescue.iso
Note: change name to “rescue.iso” accordingly (typically acrodisk10.iso or whatever).

Edit: It’s time for a short holiday (3 days)
I’m “offline” all the time :O
Take care... :;):

@Behdadsoft

Where you able to get “Acronis Boot” to work out (using my instruction in post nr:2)  ???

Quote: “I run it with this error message”

1. What version of Hiren's BootCD 10 are you using ???
2. What method did you use to integrate Hiren bootcd (including menu command in EasyBoot menu) ???

Yes, I use the instructions I gave you to do this.

Description I read your link and did everything but a problem exists and it is that some menus and error messages are not run, but others are executed. Menus that are faced with an error message with flash are shown.

I use Hiren's BootCD 10.4 and command memdisk hiren.img

Still need some more information
Please answer the two questions below :O

This is very important! Do you run ISO-file in some Virtual PC?
Or is it run from USB using my built-in test facility for USB test?

Attention! Do not run ISO from Microsoft Virtual PC
I have already instructed you what and how < HERE >

EDIT: Did Acronis work as I instructed you (post nr:2) ???

Please download freeware (MobaLiveCD_v2.1.exe) that’s suggested in post nr:59 < HERE >

Read also instruction in post nr:59 how to use this freeware
Launch “MiniWindows Xp” can be problematic in Virtual environments – please use downloaded freeware (MobaLiveCD_v2.1.exe) to test ISO with :O

Note1: Option “Boot from harddrive” in hiren menu, can only be used if you have a WinXP or Vista\Win7 to boot into.

Note2: If you later decide to integrate and run Hiren from USB - option to “Boot from harddrive” fails, as the USB is the first harddrive found by BIOS.
You can only use these options (“Boot from harddrive”) if Hiren is run from CD/DVD-unit and not from USB. I’ll see if I can rework my script to automatically modify these options.

Note3: I’m pretty sure that option “Chainload from isolinux.bin” works if you use freeware you download to test ISO with.
By the way – why use this option “Chainload from isolinux.bin” anyway ???  – you already have these in the first window :O
“Chainload from isolinux.bin” is just a different way to show the two options: “Dos BootCD” and “MiniWindows Xp” without the rest of menu. This means that you in normal case don’t have any use of “Chainload from isolinux.bin”

Great that acronis worked :)
