I have the ISO ERD50WinXP. I extracted it to ERD5 , run winxp.bat (and win2003.bat) once. As per your previous posts I have replaced text i386 (5 occurences) and I386 (2 occurences) to ERD5. Change the SetupSourcepath to "\ERD5" in txtsetup.sif. Copy win51is & win51is.sp1 to root. Change w2sect.bin and replaced one occurance on I386 to ERD5, put it in Menu with run command.

But ISO shows NTLDR is missing.

You don't use this method to ERD5 as this is a kind of WinPE and not anything you 'install' (setup).

Method you describe is used to setup-folder I386 (setup of WinXP or similar) ???

Instead download my script-collection and use 'easyboot-iso.script' and check 'Run ISO from RAM' when using script to integrate your ERD-ISO-file.
Yes, you can use ISO-file of ERD5 as it is, without extracting anything anywhere :)
Note: this method works from USB as well

You have script-collection below in every post I write in this forum.
Read carefully 'READ_ME.html' in download :O

EDIT:
However the most simple method is to extract everything from ERD-ISO-file to folder disk1 and use menu command:  run W2KSECT.BIN  (note: check that boot-file 'W2KSECT.BIN' is in folder ezboot, it should be there)

Don't check 'Optimize' and don't check DOS (8:3) and don't check 'Allow Lower Case' when creating ISO in EasyBoot
Note: this method do not work from USB
