I want to make Windows 8 & Windows 7 in a multiboot dvd but problem is this-there are many folder which name are same like boot,sources,.... in < windows 8 & windows 7 >

I haven't found out any solution to this issue (in fact no solution to this on Internet)
However, it is reported that run setup of Win7 and\or Win8 can be performed directly using ISO-file(s)

Note: only reported to work from USB stick (though I have never succeeded with this)
Further more; it would be nice if you read different posts that already have this (or similar) request, before you write same request again
