Hello everybody,First a big Thank you to Balder for all the technical advices. Based on them I managed to build a nice USB boot unit. And it works ...:-) One small detail - bitdefender does not initialize the network connection(wired). All other programs can do it. Any idea why? Anyway, I can update manually with downloaded definitions. Thank you Dorin B Posted by balder on May 06 2013,11:25
@dorinsbWelcome to EasyBoot forum @dorinsb Quote: "bitdefender does not initialize the network connection(wired). All other programs can do it. Any idea why?" Yes I do have seen this problem, but have no solution to it ![]() I guess it is related to how we launch and run bitdefender ![]() However as you say, it can be updated manually ![]() regards balder Posted by dorinsb on May 06 2013,11:39
Ok, no problem. Some other small question - I created a sub menu, is working, but how do I go back to the main menu from it? thanks again dorin b Posted by balder on May 06 2013,14:37
@dorinsbQuote: "how do I go back to the main menu from it?" Let's say you have a start menu (actually the 'main menu') that you named 'main_menu' You then decide to jump to a submenu that you for fun named 'sub_menu' You can jump to sub menu simply with menu command: run sub_menu.ezb To jump back to 'main_menu' from submenu you in 'sub_menu.ezb', create a menu command: run main_menu.ezb Note: you can jump from a submenu to another submenu to the 'main menu'. EasyBoot also support up to 36 menu items ![]() regards balder Posted by dorinsb on May 07 2013,13:29
