@chglou
I think I have a solution! You use Easyboot 5.0
I had exactly the same error message (BSD) Process1_Initialization_Failed. I´m searching many, many hours for mistakes in my Iso, I386, Xpen folders, on my setupldr.bin, txtsetup.oem files.
at last i copy all my folders and Iso-files to Easyboot Version 4.56 create a new *.ezb file, because Version 4.56 could not read the ezb-files from Version 5.0 an press the Generate ISO-File Button and
all works fine !!!
no errors !!!
So i think the Problem is Easyboot Version 5

P.S. Sorry about my english, but my first language is german

Ahoj,
i have exact the same problem since i upgraded to easyboot 5.0.
i enabled "joilet" in the "generate iso dialog" and the bsod was gone :-)
...but now i have the situation that bartpe or erd commander 2003 will fail to initialize as they should: i get an error that some processes could not be started...the same files and settings worked with easyboot 4.56 perfect!!!
so i think i will wait for a new easyboot 5.x version the next days, or go back to easyboot 4.56,,,
