i want to put this image as the background.

I think I had turn the file into the correct format:
.BMP
640*480
256 colors

but still do not want to work. can somebody assist?

Yes, the image file is in correct format. Just put it under c:\easyboot\disk1\ezboot, and change the name to a short one (myback.bmp, for example). Then set background image as the attached picture.
