Recently I purchased xp pro upgrade.  Is there a way to make the installation NOT look for a product cd for the upgrade?  Would it help to put the entire Win98/Win2k cd on the dvd as opposed to just the i386 directory?  Not really that big of a deal except it sort of defeats the purpose of having the dvd.

FYI, I probably would have bought the full version had I known I was going to do this, but live and learn :)

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the quick reply.  However, I'm not sure what those two things will do for me.  This xp pro upgrade has sp2 already.  I'll apologize now for not mentioning that earlier.  There's nothing really in the help related to this either.  This may very well be a lost cause but I'm trying to check out all the options first.  I guess worst case, I put all os's on the disk with the exception of xp or buy full version :)
