I have ISO here which looks like a normal Windows Boot CD but without the bootsect.bin in the root. I've tried to boot with BCDW as ISO solution. Extracted the boot environment in a BIF file Or used a w2ksect.bin file (all with HEX modification) Neither works! I get a NTLDR is corrupt or a blinking cursor only. What else can i do?

It's a product from vmware which allows you to convert physical machines to virtual machines. It's the successor from P2V Just look for Vmware Converter on the VMWare webppage
