USB-HDD is a standard mode, USB-ZIP has specail requirements for partition and disk geometry.
by that, do you mean USB-HDD would simply be boot 80 (assuming there were no other hard drives at all) or if it was the first in the boot order?
as for USB-ZIP would you have any more information on that, or any links? i have googled around but everything i turn up is on how to make a bootable usb stick, not how to boot to it from a cd menu if the bios doesn't support it. i'd really appreciate being pointed in the right direction.
