Nero has bugs that make it lock up the CD drive and not finish writing if certain other drivers are installed. It is a complete nuisance, and Ahead refuses to fix it. Thus, it makes UltraISO look like a flakey product.
For that reason, I suggest you stop delivering Nero with your products, and deliver you own cd burning driver instead.

I've been using Neor for years. Nero works perfectly for me as does UltraISO. I love it when people blame everybody but themselves.
