VCD image edit does not a UltraIso function,But it is very useful in some case.For publish some information use VCD,but the information changing follow  time.But the VCD uses menu--not only mpeg,so it can not rebuild simply. if you want replace a meg file only(contain changed information),Now It Can Not Build Use Any Software.We hope UltraIso can do this.
