You can create a answer file to feed serial.

Please see < How to Activate Windows XP Using an Unattend.txt File >.

Yes you can...

Create a Unattend.txt in the way you want it (maybe using setupmgr.exe?).
Then rename Unattend.txt  to  Winnt.sif

Place  Winnt.sif  in folder i386 in your EasyBoot\disk1-folder.
No need for any batch-file when using the name Winnt.sif
That's it!

Don’t forget, be smart bye removing BOOTFIX.bin in the i386 folder if used whith EasyBoot.

Note: You can use the same solution burning a normal WinXP-bootCD according to Winnt.sif (but of course, in this case, having BOOTFIX.bin left in i386)

Hope my English above was readable?
Have a nice day...
