Hello all,

I was just wondering, is there a way to burn the image to a USB Key instead of a CD?  I want to use my USBKey to boot some utilities.  It is so much easier than carrying around a cd.  Please let me know.  Thanks.

Yes there is a way, kind of. Some Linux distributions (that's what they are called) have support to boot from a USB key disk. How is this useful to you? Well, there are programs called boot loaders that are in charge of "booting" the operating system: Windows, Linux, Solaris, BSD, etc. There are ways to install such boot loaders to boot multiple operating systems from a USB key disk.

Here are some links to USB bootable Linux Distros:

And of course some info to actually make your own bootable USB key disk:

Hope this helps.

Have a good one.
