Hi All,

How Can I insert "Ultimate Boot CD 3.3" in an Application with :

1/ DOS
2/ WinPE
3/ Kaella-Knoppix Linux
4/ True Image 8.0.800
5/ Disk Director 9.0.518

Step one:
Download ubcd33.iso and then open iso-file
Copy everything inside this ubcd.iso to EasyBoot\disk1 (every file and folder)

Step two:
Open iso-file using WinIso.
Save bootfile (if using WinIso, save boot info to EasyBoot\disk1\ezboot with a name like ubcd.WBT )

Use this boot file in EasyBoot as usual: run ubcd.WBT

Note: I haven’t tested this together with Kaella-Knoppix Linux.

Hi eureka,

It don't work !!!!

I have this message : "Error Booting From CD/DVD Drive. Press Any Key To Reboot"

And I haven't the menu of EZBoot.

If anyone have an idea ?

I have tested my suggestions on a CD-RW, and it works fine, complete with menu of EZBoot (as usual).

Note: When making ISO file (in EasyBoot), only check “Optimize” (please make sure that 'Joliet' is not checked when making an ISO image).

Can’t find out about this: “And I haven't the menu of EZBoot”. Really strange – sorry to say, can’t figure out what kind of problems you are dealing with here…

Hi eureka,

I haved retested only "UBCD 3.3" with "EZBOOT" and it work fine. Tomorrow I test the entire application and I tell you about.

Hi eureka,

I try to Build a MultiBoot with EZBOOT :

1/ DOS
2/ BartPE
3/ UBCD 3.3
4/ Acronis T.I. 8.0.800 and Disk Director 9.0.xxx

And It work fine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have just a question for insert "Kaella-Knoppix Linux", because it use a Folder named : "\Boot" and "UBCD 3.3" use the same, but with different contents, except :

1/ "autorun.inf" used by "WinPE", "UBCD 3.3" and "Kaella-Knoppix" who point to "nu2menu" or "ubcd.ico" or "cdrom.ico".

2/ "boot.catalog" used by "UBCD 3.3" and "Kaella-Knoppix"

How can I insert both in 2 separate Folder ? Because it's a priority for me.

Anyone have an idea ?
