UltraISO may help you to create a PE & Linux bootable ISO.

1) Start UltraISO
2) 'File'->'New'->'Bootable CD/DVD image', select c:\easyboot\disk1\ezboot\loader.bin as boot file
3) Add all files and folders in c:\easyboot\disk1 to the image area
4) Save to an ISO

@fungraphic

For BartPE,

Make sure ISO FileName Format is set to Max(221) and the Joliet FileNameFormat is set to Extended(110).

If you're building from Server2003 SP1 or Server2003 R2, you may need to de-activate Joliet. As a general rule, don't ever use Joliet when you have a file name exceeding 110 characters in length.

As of Kaella,

since all docs are in French, I don't want to get close that thing. But it should work this way:
- Remove the files of Kaella from C:\EasyBoot\disk1 (but keep the boot code in the .EZB)
- Create an .ISO image of the Kaella disk, if you don't have the image already;
- Inject - using UltraISO! - all files&folders in C:\EasyBoot\disk1 into that ISO, and configure it to use ISO9660 and RockRidge only - no Joliet!; also, set the name length for the ISO9660 FS to Max(221)
* You need to do this in order to preserve the Linux file attributes, which are only stored in RockRidge
* WARNING! Do not save until you've set the filesystems as recommended above!
- Set \EZBOOT\LOADER.BIN as the boot file of the disk image (you have a blue gear button left to the ISO path, tooltipped "Set Boot File"
- Save & test in VMware.
