Any one can help me how to create a bootable image file such as a bin,img,ima,etc...

For bootable floppies, you can use EasyBoot's 'Tools'->'Make Floppy Image' to get an .IMG file;
For bootable CDs and DVDs, you can use UltraISO's 'Bootable'->'Extract boot file from CD/DVD' to get a .BIF file.
