Forum: EasyBoot Topic: START menu is missing :? started by: m28ew Posted by m28ew on Jan. 27 2007,09:05
hi all, I have build my own multiboot cd using EasyBoot, which contains : 1. XPE (Bart's PE + Sherpya's XPE) 2. SLAX Linux 3. Geexbox Both linux are running well without any trouble but when I choose to boot with XPE, XP's START menu is missing and some programs (and its library) can not be found / recognized, even when I have checked the ISO and determined that it indeed DOES exist. My taskbar has the clock only, but nothing else shows on it. There is a small square that appears when I place a mouse cursor over the location where the START menu would appear. I also have tried to enable and disable the JOLIET, but they both give the same result, START menu is still MISSING :? NOTE: this does not happen with the original XPE CD (w/o EasyBoot). can anyone give me a clue to solve this problem please ? thanks in advance ![]() Posted by m28ew on Jan. 28 2007,22:16
