Some software (eg. WhereIsIt) can read details from CD/DVD images, like label, date time but if you set manually time in UltraISO File->Properties->Date/Time, time is not displayed after reading, because of 00 HEX value (image below)

eg.
Volume Name: 20131229_164725
Data Mode: ISO 9660/Joliet (mode 1)
Volume Size: 88 KB
Date Created: 29. 12. 2013 (time is missing here)
