I am always using EasyBoot to do that
Go to Tools - Replace Text... - Point to your Boot Image - then replace with what you want.
This is the easiest way I found to replace I386 (or i386) with something else like XPCD...

I tried to make 2 in1 Boot DVD but easy boot 5.0.6.472 cant handle over 4 GB. So how can I make 2 in 1 bootable DVD?.
