The 4GB limit is due to windows setup program.

Suggestion: rename 'SOFTWARE' to 'XSOFTWARE', rebuild the ISO and try it out again.

first,
thanks for your reply.

i have done what you write....rename some unnecessary folder (SOFT tu XSOFT) and make iso image...at first without optimalization (5531MB) and then with optimalization (4.3G).In virtual pc after mount (with Daemon tool) still not install.  Longhorn pause on this report: "Setup is inspecting your  computers hardware configuration"...but it is stupidity ,i think, because HW is OK and File structure of DVD is also OK and also when i delete some unnecessary folders (dvd under 4G) all working fine...I am already thereout enough unhappy.
:(

Have you tried to mount your ISO image in some utility like Nero ImageDrive or Daemon Tools and then use this drive in your simulator?

I know that Virtual PC is having problems with ISO file over 2GB and this is the workaround...
