The error message says 'File not found', please check it:

Example:
command 'run xxx.bif'
c:\easyboot\disk1\ezboot\xxx.bif should exist

Suggestion:
1) Uninstall EasyBoot and delete c:\easyboot folder
2) Re-setup EasyBoot
3) Start EasyBoot, do not change anything but click 'Make ISO'
4) Test the ISO by VMWare or Virtual PC
It should work properly.

Then you can chenge menu text and the command-parameters one-by-one and try it out.
