Hi All,
I have just created the multi boot cd iso for win2k and win xp with there latest service pack, sp4 for 2k and sp2 for xp.....
all worked fine ....... cd booted properly, starts the bbot menu properly and also starts the setup for both the windows installation when pressed the keys..
and setup starts and go fine until the T-13 timelin... after that it stops and won't go further and the screen stucks on and the progress bar stops progressing and nothing happens... it doesn't hangs, the mouse moves properly, the NUM LOCK & CAPSLOCK LED's respond properly when I press the keys....
Please tell me whats the probable cause to this and suggest me what to do or follow to get ris of this....]
Thankx in advance to all...

be patient , as you can see, there are posts here more than 6 months old without any reply.
about your topic, you use Nlite for your winxp, do you? If U DO , it is a known issue/bug of slipstreamed windowsxp, which appears when you load too many cab-addons in nlite. Nlite (maybe other similar software too) puts addons in the folder " svpack". If my memory supports me, more than 120 addons hangs up the installation. I don't know if this bug is limited in nlite only.
when your installation hungs up at 13min, eject momentarily (eject for a second and re-insert) cd, or release the cd-image . installation will probably proceed, but not all addons are installed. It is not a solution but a diagnostic trick.
my suggestion is to decrease the number of addons to hotfixes only. Insert applications & extras with other methods (ie. runonce.cmd). This is my approach too.
Another way is to replace merely or completely the nlite with Windows Unattended CD Creator wucdcreator
search in nlite forums for keyword "13 minutes"

Hi billonious,
Thanx for your early reply dear.....
Yes, you are right dear, I used Nlite to sliptream the patches and hotfixe and the trimming the source packs.....
I also thought that could be possible reason for this all but wasn't sure and wanted to know others opinion also.....
The fact is that, when I install the same NLited Pack without making it multi boot CD Pack, Imean only the ISO for Win XP or Win 2K individually, it will Be installed normally without any trouble... The problem occurs only while I create a Multi Boot CD....
Thanks again dear for your reply...
