what do you mean it is not possible to create a boot menu? Is you ghost 12 a vista-based PE or a WinXP-based PE? Have you been able to extract the boot loader ? Did you hex-edit it successfully? The command "run ghost12.bif" doesn't work without any reason? Do you have the trial version of easyboot that supports only 3 (i think so) menu items? Please give more details to help me help you.

to debug your project, simplify it. Extract your iso. Keep only the necessary folders & files : I386, documents and settings, WIN51, WIN51IA, WIN51.SP2. Drop all of them in "easyboot/disk1" root. Extract the boot loader (ie. ghost12.bif) from the iso. Drop it in "easyboot/disk1/ezboot" folder. Run the command [run ghost12.bif].
I suppose you already have done all these actions. You need hexediting optionally only when you rename the I386 folder.
What error message do you get when you boot ghost 12 ? Do you get any message on the screen or absolutely no response?
