I have created a Windows PE image using the MS WINPE source. The DVD works fine, however, when I attempt to load the ISO in Microsoft's Virtual PC, it behaves oddly. I execute a custom app to relocate the DOS window to the bottom of the screen. It says it can't find the EXE. When it is done with the factory setru, I get a error asking if I want to close the VPC session.
All of this goes away if boot directly from the DVD. Oh yeah, and if I create a bootable CD (600MB vs. 4.5G DVD) I don;t see the same issues.
Anyone ever see anyhting like this??

It is recommand to try VMWare instead, which works much better.

Yeah, saw that. Seems to be OK in VMWare, but VPC is what our QA lab uses... any other ideas where to look? It's odd that it doesn't happen wehn i create a CD version on PE. Only difference is the fact it's on a DVD vs a CD...
Help me Obi Wan....

As setup programs of Windows XP (includes PE) cannot work properly if located on position above 4GB, it is recommanded to create a smaller bootable ISO (below 4GB) with EasyBoot, then add third-party program files to it with UltraISO.
