If I download a CD ISO "file A", burn it with Nero, then extract the ISO with UltraISO from the burned CD-R as "file B", shouldn't file A be the exactly the same as file B? I just tried this and each file had a different MD5 hash.

Please enable 'ISO Volume Filter' when making ISO from the CD-R. UltraISO will skip padding blocks added by Nero.
