Trying to change the horizontal splitter position is frustrating with a 1 pixel height. You have to be a surgeon to grab the thing.
How about changing the horizontal splitter to the default height?

I think you've forgotten about this suggestion.... 7.6.1.1125 still has a 1 pixel high horizontal splitter bar.
