@xoben
Would it be possible to add an 'Import image into current' option to EasyBoot?
This may come extremely handy when one would want to add files from a RockRidge image to an already-existing, but built-on-Windows .iso image.
The point would be, if I have an image I built using UltraISO, but in which I should like to include some things which would run on Linux, UltraISO provides no method of editing RockRidge FS attributes (the UNIX ugo|rwx style, plus group/user id and symlinks).
Now, if I would require to import the data from only one RockRidge .ISO, it would be simple - I would just use the RockRidge .ISO as a seed and add to it the Windows-based files.
But when I need to use data in two (or more) RockRidge .ISOs, I need presently boot in Linux, use mkisofs there (to get a merged RockRidge image), then finally come back to Windows and use the newly-created image as a seed. That's not fun
I was hoping you could provide a way of importing (into the current image) contents from other images, while retaining the RockRidge attributes.
Regards, Mircea.
