As setup programs of Windows XP (includes PE) cannot work properly if located on position above 4GB, it is recommanded to create a smaller bootable ISO (below 4GB) with EasyBoot, then add third-party program files to it with UltraISO.

PS- when pressing Optimize The CD SIZE dropps what
does easy boot does  ?? it delete files or what ??

@TazMan

Nice project you are working on TazMan.

It’s hard to tell what causes your problems - and I’m afraid that at least I don’t have any “quick fix” ???

The "optimize" feature is designed to store the exact SAME file only once on the CD/DVD.

For example, if you have a duplicate file in two different folders, it will be stored only once and the TOC (Table of Content) is aware of the location of that file.
This is not any “new” invention from a technically point of view. It’s pretty well known – but brilliant in many ways.

You can test a couple of different approaches when creating your DVD. It’s not much to help but worth a try.

A: When making ISO file (in EasyBoot), only check “Optimize” (please make sure that 'Joliet' is not checked when making an ISO image).

B: Create DVD in UltraIso. Use loader.bin as boot file. You can locate loader.bin in EasyBoot\disk1\ezboot

Finally, make sure your created DVD is smaller than 4GB when EasyBoot (or UltraIso) is finished with it’s optimise.
