Hi
Which (projekt)files are needed (contain the menu structure etc.)
to reinstall the same status when easyboot is deleted manually.
Or can I just backup/save the folder: /disk1?

Yes this is the right conclusion. In fact, it’s enough to save only folder ezboot as this folder contains menu (and in normal case) also boot files etcetera
