Answer: 1. I don’t se a straight connection to EasyBoot in other ways that some people do use Hiren in Easyboot and therefore  – and as I’m a friendly soul  - I’ll give you guidance 2. I do not understand the point in removing “Password & Registry Tools”  – however it’s your choice
Do it this way: 1. Create a temporary folder “hiren_temp” (or whatever) 2. Open Hiren-ISO with UltraIso and extract “boot.gz” in folder “HBCD” to temporary folder “hiren_temp” 3. Extract “boot.img” from  “boot.gz” to temporary folder “hiren_temp” (I used built-in zip-program in “TotalCommander”) 4. Extract “config.sys” from “boot.img” to temporary folder “hiren_temp” (I used UltraIso for this) 5. Edit “config.sys” (you can use notepad to edit this file as it is a simple text-file) 6. Delete the whole line “submenu=PASSTOOL, Password & Registry Tools...” 7. Save changes in “config.sys” and put it back to “boot.img” and save changes in “boot.img” (I used UltraIso for this) 8. Inject “boot.img” back to “boot.gz” and save changes to “boot.gz” (I used built-in zip-program in “TotalCommander”) 9. Open Hiren-ISO with UltraIso and overwrite existing “boot.gz” in folder “HBCD” with the changed “boot.gz” (I used UltraIso for this)
That’s it

Sure Easiest is to use my script “easyboot-iso.script” and press button “Intergrate Hiren’s BOOT-CD”. Script then asks for location of Hiren ISO-file. You scroll and double-click to ISO-file and finally you are presented a text-file with menu-command to use in Easyboot, and what more you need to do to make it work (like checking “Allow lower case” when creating ISO in EasyBoot).
You have script-collection for download below each post I present Please read carefully the “READ_ME.html” how to manage scripts It’s vital that you DO NOT have or use spaces in name to ISO-files and the same to where you keep your ISO-files (folder name). Folder name like “ISOFILES” or something AND NO SPACES IN NAME as you can see.
Recommended is to put ISO-files in a folder on the root (C:)

Quote: ”this script don't work for Hiren's Boot 10.0” Yes you are right  sorry It didn’t think people should use “old hiren” Versions above 10.0 works as it uses grub
Here is the solution for Hiren 10.0
1. Extract folder HBCD to EasyBoot\disk1 2. Use menu command in EasyBoot: Â bcdw /hbcd/isolinux.bin
Note: you can use above tutorial to later versions of Hiren as well – no need to run easyboot-iso.script (but you loose some options in later versions as these are not presented using the “bcdw-command”)
Attention! I have modified easyboot-iso.script! Please do a new download and replace the whole folder “WinBuilder_complete”. Script now has a checkbox for the “bcdw-command” (for those that like to use this command) And secondly – script now automatically scan what kind of ISO-file it’s dealing with. If script find out that you are using Hiren ISO-file v10.0 or lower, script automatically switch to the “bcdw-command” as you cannot use grub for those lower versions.
Thanks @Behdadsoft for pointing this out
