Please, when you want help – clarify how your build is constructed 
You must describe what you are doing in a more detailed way – otherwise it’s difficult to help you 
Anyway – this is a old classic problem for new users of EasyBoot 
You need to copy “ident-files” (win51  etcetera) to both “boot-folders”.
You didn’t describe what folders (structure) etcetera you are using
Instead I can as first helping hand recommend you to read about the difference between “primary root” and the “second root” HERE
