I've made a multi-boot USB stick. And now I'm wondering how to add XP in it. It's good of course if Vista and Win7 can be added also. Thanks

Yes it is possible to launch setup from USB device (stick/thumbdrive as example) 
Unfortunately you cannot easily combine Vista and Win7 on same USB – though it’s possible – read HERE
Tool to make it work in your case – download HERE
I have created images to launch Vista or Win7 (remember you can only have one of them on same USB stick) download pre-made floppy image for setup Vista or Win7 from HERE
Copy downloaded image as it is to folder ezboot and use menu command: Â run SETUPNT6.IMG
To launch WinXP - download pre-made floppy image from HERE
Put downloaded image as it is to folder ezboot and use menu command: Â run SETUPXP.IMG
Note: I haven’t fully tested that this images has capacity to launch setup of this systems from EasyBoot menu - but I do believe they should work, as far as I know 
Anyway, do it this way:
1. Install software (WinSetupFromUSB_0-2-3.exe).
2. Connect your USB stick.
3. Start installed WinSetupFromUSB_0-2-3.exe.
4. Don’t use built-in format tool, instead use easyboot-usb.script (or easyboot-grub-iso.script) to prepare and make your USB stick bootable. Note at this point you already should have created your EasyBoot-ISO-file (with images from above already in place) and use this ISO when script asks for the ISO-file (same procedure as always).
5. Copy text-file menu.lst from USB stick to a temporay folder.
6. As you can see in window for launched “WinSetupFromUSB_0-2-3.exe”, you in upper part set path (you can scroll) to WinXP source. Note: you must use an extracted source (extract everything from WinXP-ISO to some temporary folder like winxp – or whatever).
7. In the lower right part you check for “Vista/7 setup/PE/RecoveryISO” and then set path (you can scroll) to source. Same here, you must use an extracted source (extract everything from Vista or Win7 ISO-file to some temporary folder like vista or win7 – or whatever).
8. Press GO-button. You have plenty of time for a tea or coffee break while WinSetupFromUSB_0-2-3.exe doing “it’s things”.
9. Copy back menu.lst from temporary folder to USB stick - overwriting existing menu.lst
Note: you can hide most of files as its getting quite messy on the root with all files and folders on the same “spot”.
Tip: When finished you can use easyboot-ghost.script to create a backup-image of the build (as it takes so long time). You can later use any USB stick - simply write Ghost image onto the next USB stick  Â
Note: you need a copy of ghost32.exe Ghost_v8 or Ghost_v11.
It’s possible to run script in Vista\Win7, but you must set UAC (User-Account-Control) to lowest level to make script run smooth.

Hello balder
Thanks for your tutorial, as it's a long story, that'w why I spend a lot of time to digest it. Then follow your instruction step by step. Then I made it and test it today. When I first start with XP , it shows start thte first line , then right the way reboot. I don't know what happen ?
Then I test Windows 7 , it's great , it installed successfully. It's quite different with install Windows 7 from DVD. At the beginning it loads dead slow but not hand up (you can move your mouse freely). And when it goes to begin copy files , it's super fast.
Anyway , it shows that I must do it right , otherwise Windows 7 can't be installed. Would you mind to help for installing XP. Thanks in advance.

Yes super fast as soon as USB 2-speed is activated by Win7 boot-files.
Seems that your motherboard only support USB-1.1-speed at boot time (same as my four year old motherboard)
If you used easyboot-usb.script to make your USB stick bootable you have in grub menu option for “Launch support for USB2.0” - use this option to see if it loads initiating boot-files faster.
Note: if computer reboots when you choose this option, you cannot use it – this can happen if your computer only have support for USB keyboard and not using PS/2-connector (PS/2 is still a kind of standard). Test and see if you can use USB-2.0-support to speed up USB at boot time.

Well as we are dealing with this kind of issues and we are far from each other – I can only speculate – if that can be to any help
1. Is by any chance your WinXP-source n-lighted? If so use original folder i386 as source for program.
2. You can try with only integrate WinXP (for the moment skipping integration of Win7)
Hmm… Not much to help – try my suggestions and see what results you get.
These kinds of tests take much time – I know by experience 
Anyway – nice that Win7 made it – isn’t it

Very Good, working fine, but in xp sp3 the instalation is a bit slow, Can I better this?

Well yes and no in same time
In case your motherboard doesn't support USB 2-speed already from the BOOT-sequence, then you are in problem
However if your motherboard do support USB 2-speed already from the BOOT-sequence, then there is no reason it should be any slow process to run setup of WinXP_sp3 from USB
It takes me less than 2 minutes to copy files from USB to target hard-disk in computer when run setup of WinXP from USB stick.
If setup of Win7 (or any other NT6-system) is done in 'normal speed' then setup of WinXP from USB should be done in an 'appropriated speed' (that means pretty fast)

Thanks for atention Balder, I will analize the process, my motherboard acept usb 2.0 and in windows 7 the speed is very fast, can be any error in the process that I make... Ah, and sorry for my bad english hehehe...
