You must clarify some stuff to me...
1. What kind of Windows system are we dealing with here  Is it Nt-5-system (WinXP or similar) or is it NT-6-system (Vista or Win7 or Win8)
2. From where are you intension to run this very large build (DVD or USB drive) Note: if DVD is the case, you will run into trouble as this build is larger than a 'standard DVD' (it requires a doubled-sized DVD) Further more - build is larger than a 'standard UDF-build' which creates problems - read post 4 and 7 HERE
I'll say it wont work from an DVD, but might be possible to solve it if using USB drive (most likely if using USB hard drive)
Attention! I have found download of this Hiren but it takes me at least 2 days to download this version of Hiren (I don't use Torrents only 'free download' which takes time)

@pawelek
I managed to download 'Hirens.Boot.DVD.15.2.Restored.Edition'
Test this solution:
1. Extract all files and folders from Hiren ISO-file to folder 'disk1' in EasyBoot
2. Delete folder 'boot' in 'EasyBoot\disk1'
3. Delete files 'autorun.inf' and 'bootmgr' in 'EasyBoot\disk1'
4. From source of Win7 copy (or extract from ISO-file) all files and folders to folder 'disk1'
5. Create menu entries in EasyBoot and use menu command to launch Win7:  run /bootmgr  And menu command to Hiren:  run /hbcd/grldr
6. Tick 'Joliet' when creating ISO in EasyBoot
Optional (no need to do this but looks better out): Alternative method to launch 'Mini-Windows 7' in Hiren wont work anymore (we deleted folder 'boot' with its special made 'bcd-file' in step 2). No harm in this, but you can as option remove this menu entry in Hiren as this alternative method doesn't work anymore. To do this, follow this procedure:
A. Open text-file 'os.lst' in folder 'HBCD' (use notepad)
B. Delete this text: Â title 3) Mini Windows 7 (Alternative Boot Method)\nIn case of problems with method 2. find --set-root /HBCD/7/7.BIN chainloader /bootmgr
C. Save changes to text-file still using name 'os.lst' ---------------------------------- Attention! No guaranties that the final (big!) ISO works, as you are creating a pretty big ISO which I by experience know creates problems I basically can not give any support to such large builds - you are by your own on this 'mine- field' Big ISO-files larger than 4.2 GB creates problems

Yes this is easily solved as we can use ISO-file of Win7-PE directly avoiding extracting anything anywhere Do it this way:
1. Copy ISO-file of Win7-PE (msdart60/65/70 as example) to folder EZBOOT
2. Use menu command: run msdart60.iso (or whatever name you use to ISO-file) Note: you can have several ISO-file (different versions of Win7-PE using different names) Personally I prefer 'Active-BOOT-DISK-5' which also is based on NT6-system (Win7 is a NT6-system if you wonder)
But take in in mind that your final build no grows in size

You mean you don't have a complete ISO-file of your WinPE
You can solve this by creating new ISO - use UltraIso or similar tool to create ISO - do it this way (UltraIso way)
In your folder that holds Win7-PE you must at least have following files and folders:
Folders/file: BOOT, EFI, and finally folder SOURCES and file BOOTMGR Note: you might have more folders and files if it is a 'special version' of win7-PE (compare with Hiren) If this is the case - also integrate these into ISO using method below
1. Launch UltraIso and press F3 (Add Files)
2. Mark and add all folders and files 'BOOT, EFI...' etcetera' (your Win7-PE files and folders) You should now have added folders/file: BOOT, EFI, and folder SOURCES and file BOOTMGR in UltraIso Optional: if you don't like to have 'Press any key to boot from ...' when you launch ISO, you simply delete file 'BOOTFIX.BIN' in folder 'BOOT'
3. In UltraIso choose 'Bootable>>Load Boot File' and scroll to folder EZBOOT and choose file 'vistaldr.bin' (you should have this file there from installation of EasyBoot)
4. Choose 'File>>Save' give ISO a nice name (win7pe or whatever)
Test that ISO works okay

No its not that easy  To get the rest of folders and files on place takes the same procedure (and time) as finding different Win7PE on Internet
In fact, how do you at all now that this wim-file of yours is a 'real WinPE' what tool did you use to 'look into' this wim-file You can use method HERE to 'mount' wim-file and by that you can extract it contents
Try to find some downloads - use Google and your imagination and I'm positive you can sort it out
Or why not learn some new stuff - use WinBuilder to create you own specialized Win7PE - read and surf around HERE
