I've finished making a Easyboot CD with some programs :
1. ISO 2. IMA/IMG 3. Extract CD content to C:\Easyboot\disk1 and use command "run xxx.bif"
Now I'm going to use these programs to make a Easyboot CD. But I can only place ISO and IMA/IMG programs in USB. As Winbuilder in USB only support ISO and IMA/IMG only.
How can I add the other programs other than that. I mean programs that has to extract cd contents to C:\Easyboot\disk1 and use command something like "run xxx.bif" or "bootinfotable;run xxx.bif"
Thanks in advance.

Okay, if using USB device of some kind you already fully understand that you have to move ISO-files inside folder ISO to Folder ISO on USB device, as this is the “new root”. Please notice that Floppy images like Ghost.ima or similar that you normally put in folder ezboot works anyway (no need to move this type of DOS-based floppy images, you can create ISO in EasyBoot with floppy images in folder ezboot and launch created ISO from USB device and this DOS-floppy images works just fine). But ISO-files as mentioned must be moved manually (copied to folder ISO on USB device).
Let’s take an example. I decide to integrate SLAX ISO-file into EasyBoot (download HERE). Note. You can customize Slax to your personally needs as well.
Attention! Tutorial has been updated Anyway - here we go: 1. Open downloaded SLAX ISO-file (I use UltraISO for this operation) 2. Create a folder with the name: usbtemp on the root [C:\] 3. Extract folder slax to folder usbtemp 4. Delete folder slax inside slax ISO-file (we don’t need that folder anymore there) 5. Save ISO-file as slax2.iso (or whatever name you like) Note: ISO-file is now much less in size 6. Run easyboot-iso.script to integrate reduced ISO-file (slax2.iso) - you do not need to check “Run from RAM” in script but no harm doing so (read "Note" in step 14). 7. Script automatically gives you the right menu command to be used in your menu in EasyBoot 8. Copy (or move) folder slax from folder usbtemp to EasyBoot\disk1 9. Create ISO-file in EasyBoot and test that it works okay. Note: this ISO-file can be burned on a CD and used as usual. ---------------- To launch Slax from USB follow the rest of tutorial here below 10. Now move folder ISO and folder slax in EasyBoot\disk1 back to folder usbtemp – we have no use for these folders in EasyBoot\disk1 as “root” in EasyBoot is lost and the “new root” is the root of USB device. Keep floppy images in folder ezboot as they are. 11. Create new (final) ISO in EasyBoot (this ISO is much less in size as folder ISO and folder slax is removed) 12. Run easyboot-usb.script and point to your newly created EasyBoot-ISO-file 13. Now open folder usbtemp and copy folder slax to USB device (can take some time). When finished, open folder ISO in folder usbtemp and copy ISO-file(s) to folder ISO on USB device. 14. Congratulations you are finished. Attention! If you when launching ISO-file(s) get this: "Error 60: File for drive emulation must be in one contiguous disk area" – if this happens - press “Defrag-button” in easyboot-usb.script Note: ISO-files that “Run from RAM” is not affected by this problem
Note: When you integrate ISO-file(s) to EasyBoot make sure to not have folder slax in EasyBoot\disk1 as files and folder names automatically is “uppercased” by script, and this disturb path to folder slax in case you later must check “Joliet” when creating ISO.
Basically what you\we do is to move files and folders from EasyBoot\disk1 to the root of USB device when you are finished with your build in EasyBoot. When you have tested that things works okay. Then you move files and folders from EasyBoot\disk1 and create final reduced ISO-file in EasyBoot to be used on USB device (using easyboot-usb.script). You can read some of this in script (press help button in script)
PS: The “USB-problem”. Nice that updating of BIOS seems to clear things up – it’s a mess with all this different BIOS and different motherboards and different USB-chipset etcetera – patience is the word

Hello balder
It's a good tutorial, and I know you must spent a lot of time on it. Thanks for that.
Unfortunately , I can't download "Slax.iso" as the "http://www.slax.org/build.php" may have something wrong with its webpage. I can't go into it , or even "http://www.slax.org" , so I can't follow your instruction.
Is there another way to download "Slax.iso" , as I search on Yahoo and Google , they all lead me to "http://www.slax.org".
Or is there another good example iso that you can teach me step by step like the "Slax.iso". I know I'm a bit impolite as I know you will spend a lot of time on it again. I'm sorry about that. Thanks

Quote: ” I know I'm a bit impolite as I know you will spend a lot of time on it again” Well this shows that you are a humble person – something I admire – so no problem . And you are right about slax homepage – it always works but not yesterday   Anyway – it’s up and run again
I persist to use my method (using part of ISO-file and only extract needed file(s) or folder(s) to EasyBoot\disk1). Reason that I like this method is that many times this ISO,s use a folder “boot” and as we only can have one folder boot in EasyBoot\disk1 it’s best to use the “ISO-solution” as much as possible – don’t you agree? Plenty of ISO-files can also be launched, as they are – the very best method – but unfortunately not all
You can test BitDefender Download HERE
In this case you extract folder knoppix to EasyBoot\disk1
I rewrite tutorial one more time >> now pointing to BitDefender
1. Open downloaded BitDefender ISO-file (I use UltraISO for this operation) 2. Extract folder KNOPPIX to EasyBoot\disk1 3. Delete folder KNOPPIX inside BitDefender ISO-file (we don’t need that folder anymore there) 4. Save ISO-file as defender.iso (or whatever name you like) Note: ISO-file is now much less in size. 5. Run easyboot-iso.script to integrate reduced ISO-file (defender.iso) - you do not need to check “Run from RAM” in script but no harm doing so (read "Note" in step 13). 6. Script automatically gives you the right menu command to be used in your menu in EasyBoot. 7. Create ISO-file in EasyBoot and test that it works okay. 8. Create a folder with the name: usbtemp on the root [C:\] 9. Now move folder ISO and folder KNOPPIX in EasyBoot\disk1 to folder usbtemp – we do not have any use for these folders in EasyBoot\disk1 as “root” in EasyBoot is lost and the “new root” is the root of USB device. Keep floppy images in folder ezboot as they are. 10. Create new ISO in EasyBoot (this ISO is much less in size as folder ISO and folder KNOPPIX is removed) Attention! Check “Joliet” when creating ISO-file (needed for KNOPPIX). 11. Run easyboot-usb.script and point to your newly created EasyBoot-ISO-file 12. Now open folder usbtemp and copy folder KNOPPIX to USB device (can take some time). When finished, open folder ISO in folder usbtemp and copy ISO-file(s) to folder ISO on USB device 13.
As you can see - it’s close to exactly the same procedure – but here you extract the whole folder “KNOPPIX” to EasyBoot\disk1 and then follow same procedure. But there is one difference – when you finally create ISO in EasyBoot (step 7 and step 10 in tutorial) you must check “Joliet” – and then continue follow tutorial.
Attention! In case you are using “fixed disk” (harddisk unit) - there could be limits for this defender.iso to run properly on such harddisk. As my script use NTFS as filesystem to “fixed disks” you have to – when finished - convert file system to FAT32 (NTFS filesystem doesn't work for KNOPPIX-Live). If you use USB stick\thumb drive it works at once, as my script automatically recognise such USB device as a “removable” unit and uses FAT32. However if you in the future use a “removable” unit (USB stick) that is larger than 32GB my script automatically uses NTFS as filesystem, to avoid the “32GB-limit size effect” to this filesystem – read HERE.
In future you might need to also convert such USB unit to FAT32. This can be done with most partition tools. Note: I will continue follow developments around Internet and making changes to scripts – or if anyone have some suggestion to scripts - you are welcome to make scripts better for all users
He, he it always ends up in a kind of boxing fight – balder in one corner and different ISO-distributions in the other corner. Sometimes balder wins and some time he loose  This boxing fight is called: “test-and-trial” and the main part involved is a lot of patience.

Hello balder
By following your instruction. I successfully make Bit Defender bootable and fine. I tried it over and over and begin to understand the way for making these kind of programs. That's why I use a lot of time to test it.
But when I apply this to "PC Login Now 2.0" , it fails to boot with the following error message :
Starting cmain() ... No PXE stack (hd0,0) Fat12 Loading ISO to RAM - Can take serveral minutes ...
probed C/H/S = 80/2/18, probed total sectors = 2880 (hd0,0)
Load segment: 0x0 System Type: 0x0 Sector Count: 0x4 Load RBA 0x18 Boot Type: 0 = No Emulation

Quote: ”I successfully make Bit Defender bootable and fine” That's great news However less great news according to the "PC Login Now 2.0"-issue
PC Login Now 2.0 is an Isolinux.bin-based product that is designed to launch from CD-unit. As stated in script: “there is no such thing as a "free lunch" - grub cannot launch some ISO-files”. "PC Login Now 2.0" seems to be such ISO-file (no "free lunch"  in this case ). But “PC Login Now 3.0” is very easy to launch from USB (you can use ISO and check “Run from RAM”).
Note: I tried to launch "PC Login Now 2.0"-ISO by checking “Run from RAM” and it run well and started scanning for hardware – then continued its mission but later failed complaining to not find file “Root.dat”. This is caused by that ISO is run from a “virtual disk by “firadisk” – and as there are no “file scanner” built-in to this isolinux-system it fails to find this file “Root.dat”. And that ends this discussion – you have to upgrade to “PC Login Now 3.0” to have better luck Â
PS. I have changed tutorial for slax (post nr:2) - in case you want to use it in your “arsenal” of utilities

@tiyar
As this is your first post in this forum I say welcome @tiyar

You cannot use the same approach to setup WinXP (or Vista or Win7) from USB as from CD/DVD – it’s a major differens there
Read HERE (especially post nr:2)
You can download premade ”kicker-images” (in post nr:2) that I have created to launch setup of WinXP and Vista\Win7 from USB Note: you can only have one setup of NT6-system on the root of USB. Vista and Win7 belongs to NT6-family. This means that you cannot combine both on the root at same time.
