Answer: Hope you won’t get disappointed when I redirect you to HERE :O  
It’s far from that easy hex edit we use to WinXP – but reported to work :;):

If you can sort it out – you are most welcome to post your results :)

Note: I’m not working (use) computer that have Win-7 as OP-system – so it’s impossible for me at present time to test this :(
