I guess that you already know how to integrate setup of WinXP in EasyBoot – so I leave that question unanswered
These “ERD-solutions” can be launched using my script “easyboot-iso.script” Note: script has capacity to directly launch ISO - no need to extract any folder and files to folder disk1 – use ISO-file as it is
Unfortunately you didn’t tell what version of ERD you are referring to  If ERD is based on NT5-system (folder i386) you must check “Run ISO from RAM” in script. If ERD is based on NT6-system (Vista/Win-7) you don’t need to check “Run ISO from RAM”
Attention! Do not have any space in file-name or to path where your ERD ISO-file resists. Rename ISO-file to ERD.iso or ERD-7.iso (or whatever) and have ISO-file on the root [C:] and in a folder like this: my_iso-files or something (as you can see – no spaces in name to folder). Script automatically asks for the location of ISO-file to be integrated into EasyBoot – just follow the guide-lines in script.
Note: You automatically get all information in script – including the right command to be used in your menu – in fact – you can copy and paste command directly to EasyBoot menu

This is most likely related to how you test created ISO When run virtual-box - make sure you allocate at least twice the size of RAM comparing to original size of ERD-ISO-file
Or download and test this freeware from HERE
Note: When asked - you don’t need to create “Hard Disk Image”.

Quote: ” I am using Windows 7 32-bit” I have never managed to make it work with Vista/Win7 If you have another computer with WinXP as OP-system (the best system so far) – then please use that system/computer instead of the Win7-OP-system.
I hate Vista to 100% and hate Win7 to 80%  - it’s causing me so many problems  – and to fully use this stupid system I need to spend a lot of money to a more powerful and noisy hardware – which I intend to not do.
If you test this on a computer with WinXP - I’m 100% sure it works all right

Make sure you do not have spaces in name to ISO-file or to folder where you keep your ISO-file By the way – where do you keep the ERD ISO-file that you point to when script ask for ISO-file?
