@eskro
As this seems to be your first post in this forum – I say welcome
Quote: “i get a black screen and thats it”
Test this simplified method
1. Create a folder “HBCD”  in folder disk1  Note: use uppercase (CAPS) to name 2. Create a folder “WinTools” inside folder HBCD  in folder disk1 3. Create a folder “Files” inside folder WinTools 4. Copy (or extract from Hiren ISO) following files: Mini98.uha Tools.uha uharc.exe Xp.bin Xp  Xp.ca_  Xp.dat  and finally  Xploader.bin  to created folder HBCD 5. Copy (or extract from Hiren ISO) following files to folder “WinTools” inside folder HBCD : 7-Zip.bat Autorun.csv Autorun.exe AutoRuns.bat ERDComputerManagement.bat ERDExplorer.bat ProcessActivityView.bat ProcessExplorer.bat ProcessMonitor.bat and finally ProceXP.exe 6. Copy (or extract from Hiren ISO) following files to folder “Files” inside folder “WinTools”: 7-Zip.uha ERD.uha  and finally IrfanView.uha 7. In EasyBoot use menu command:  run /hbcd/xp.bin Note: you don’t need to check “Allow lower case” when creating ISO with this method
To create a “stand-alone” ISO-file with only MiniXP: Do steps 1 to 6 in above tutorial and then “copy” folder HBCD to UltraIso Use file Xp in folder HBCD as boot-file Now you have a working “stand-alone” MiniXP from Hiren’s boot-cd
