@jomanly
Well – jomanly - you are a little bit cryptic whit your explanation If I understand this right you created a “kicker-image” named bit.img (for starting bitdefender I guess?) and it works as suggested?
Then you created a kicker-image with name “kav.img” and it didn’t work as expected correct? What is kicker-image kav.img supposed to launch? Is this some kind of live CD or what  Could you please be a little bit more specific what this is  Â
Show also text in menu.lst inside kicker-image as well

I still don’t get the full picture what you mean
Please I repeat: Show text in text file “menu.lst” from inside of “kicker-image”
Anyway…Did you check “Allow lower case” when you created ISO in EasyBoot?

Am I guessing right if I say that you modified menu.lst in avira.img to this text:
timeout 0
find --set-root --ignore-floppies /kav.iso map /kav.iso (hd32) map --hook chainloader (hd32) boot
Correct? Well there is nothing wrong with load commands in menu.lst Instead some questions: 1. Do you run easyboot from USB device or is this from CD (or only testing created ISO in “virtual PC”) 2. Did you check "Allow lower case" when creating ISO in EasyBoot? 3. What is the message you get when grub fails to launch kav.iso? 4. If run from USB – where is kav.iso put? On the root of USB device? 5. Final logical question is: What is kav.iso Â
Note: there is no such thing as a “free lunch”  What I mean is that not every ISO-file can be launched this way. Most of them work but not every one So what is kav.iso

As a work around for kaspersky rescue CD do as follows:
1. Extract everything from kaspersky ISO-file to EasyBoot\disk1 2. Open kaspersky ISO-file (I use UltraISO) and extract boot file to EasyBoot\disk1\ezboot (save boot file as kav.bif) 3. In EasyBoot menu use command: Â bootinfotable;run kav.bif 4. Check "Joliet" when creating ISOÂ
Note: you can only use this solution to CD/DVD. It doesn’t work from USB device - I have no solution for USB device at present moment

I do it same you: 1. Extract everything from kaspersky ISO-file to EasyBoot\disk1 2. Open kaspersky ISO-file (I use UltraISO) and extract boot file to EasyBoot\disk1\ezboot (save boot file as kav.bif) 3. In EasyBoot menu use command: bootinfotable;run kav.bif But it error. I test created ISO in virtual PC then it show: "Welcome to GRUB! Entering rescue mode... error: file not found grub rescue> _ " I do it same you with Avira Rescue disk then it OK. Now I have file ISO Kaspersky Rescue CD version 10 Can you show me find way to overcome obstacles and difficulties?
