When I Boot windows 7 from GRUB it gives me the following error
I dont think its a problem in the disk because when I boot it from CD not in virtual PC I dont get the error
Please HELP!!

Hmmm… This doesn’t tell me from where you boot 
But in the context I get the impression that you boot from CD/DVD-unit (run in Virtual PC or something) – correct?
I’m also unsure if you using EasyBoot-menu – but hopefully this is the case 
It’s extremely easy (like the name EasyBoot) to launch setup or launch ONE Win-7-PE from EasyBoot menu – especially if run from DVD-unit.
Do it this way:
1. Copy Win-7 files to folder disk1 (this is the “root” for EasyBoot if you wonder)
2. Use menu command in EasyBoot: Â Â Run vistaldr.bin
Note1: Check that you have vistaldr.bin in folder ezboot.
Note2: You can of course make a copy of vistaldr.bin and rename file to a name like:  win-7.bin – or whatever.
Note3: You can only have one set of NT6-files on the root of EasyBoot
Note4: If your intensions are to use a Win7-PE.ISO-file (MsDart-65 as example), you instead use my easyboot-iso.script to integrate ISO-file as it is and in this case do not check “Run ISO from RAM” in script, as this is a NT6-system.
However – if your intensions are to launch from a USB device (USB Stick\Thumb-drive as example) then you use grub-approach – I can help you with that too as well 
The point is to use grub when it is needed – not as substitute to already working menu commands that already are built-in to EasyBoot 
Basically – use first the quick and “Easy” commands that are available in EasyBoot – and then use grub mixed with EasyBoot and there are hardly any limits for what we can achieve.
But when using EasyBoot from USB we need the “grub-approach” – but that is a different story comparing to CD/DVD-approach

But if I want to include multiple OS then I wont be able to do it with EasyBoot.
If I am including both VISTA & 7 then EasyBoot fails to do that.
Any other Solution???

Answer: There is no “multi-boot” manager at present time, that is able to mix these two systems on same root
This is a well known problem wide world around – but strangely may be solved using USB approach Â
