Welcome to EasyBoot @newmaster

Well there are some limits related to what you mean with 'create multi boot disk'
We do have problem integrating Win7 and Win8 to same DVD (but reasonable easy to achieve from a USB harddisk - read HERE)
WinXP is easy (please also read in help-file in EasyBoot)
However I used 'Search' in upper right corner and set to search 'Older' using WinXP as 'search-word' and found this solution in post nr;2 HERE
Note1: you can use the same procedure for your Win8 as described in tutorial This means you cannot have Win7 and Win8 on same DVD
Note2: we also have issues with building large DVD;s (not full support to the UDF-file-system used to such large DVD;s)
Frankly I do not understand the need to have Win7 and Win8 on same build - if having Win8 I would personally stick to only integrate Win8 (better support with drivers etcetera)

I recommend you to study the ' missing manual' written by @AltairAC Read HERE
About these requests:
1. i want to know basic of boot 2. diffrent between syslinux and grub4dos
I can give only give some help concerning how to use EasyBoot but not about issues far outside EasyBoot (its to heavy) However I learned a lot from HERE

As far as I know - openfiler is a browser-based network storage management utility. It is also Linux-powered
Test this:
1. Download ISO-file of 'openfiler'
2. Extract folder ' rPath' from ISO-file to folder 'disk1' in EasyBoot (I used UltraIso to this )
3. Copy ISO-file of 'openfiler' to folder EZBOOT
4. Use menu command: Â run openfiler.iso (or whtever name you use to ISO-file)
5. As we are dealing with Linux you must tick 'Joliet' when creating ISO in EasyBoot Note: I cannot give any guaranties but this should work - but may need to be tested from a 'real' CD-reader and not run in 'Virtual environment' Strangely I tested the downloaded (original) ISO of 'openfiler' but it failed to work (maybe something fuzzy with ISO-file I don't know)
