The instructions here address making a bootable CD/DVD.  I want to take that one step further and have my entire system backed up to (probably 2) DVDs after a fresh installation of Windows XP and ALL of my typical software (MS Office, Tweek UI, WinZip, WinAmp, and so on).  This way when my system "breaks" I can simply restore it to this pristine condition when ever I need to.  About twice a year, usually when my system starts to get sluggish, I reformat and restore my entire C: drive from OEM supplied restore disks  but that does not include all of my other productivity software... just the basic image from the manufacturer. Â
Any advice on doing this on a couple of DVDs.

I recomand Norton Ghost and Acronis TrueImage, both can backup/restore a entire disk partition for you. EasyBoot can integrates these tools with no problem.

Has anyone else seen this or am I the only one to get this.
I have created a single boot cd with Windows 2000 Pro SP4. I have gotten the menu to work just fine. The menu launches the Win2k setup just fine. (After add the cdrom_ip5 file..hehe) but now I am getting (Cannot find the License Agreement File, Setup will now exit). WTF? I have copied EVERYTHING like stated above. Must I check or uncheck "Hide Boot Folder" and/or other options while I create the ISO?
Thanks!

Please check 'SetupSourcePath' in 'txtsetup.sif' setted to the right path string.

I am still having the issue where my W2k Pro sp4 cd boots but once it asks me if I want to install a "fresh" copy of W2k, the system states:
"Setup cannot find the End User Licensing Agreement (EULA) Setup cannot continue. To quit, press F3."
-----------------------------------------------------
I have verified that in my TXTSETUP.SIF file the "SetupSourcePath" line states the following:
SetupSourcePath = "\I386"
(Please bear in mind that I am not trying to make an all in one cd. All I need it W2kPro SP4)
I have ultraedit'ed the setupldr.bin file and found only three entries with I386. Since I am leaving the I386 Directory, I did not change anything there. Should I changed something here?
I also verified that the w2ksect.bin file is pointed to the I386 directory as well.
I have also verified the the EULA.txt file is located in the I386 directory.
I have also placed the Cd in a up and running system (Windows XP) and examined the CD. The I386 Dir is not hidden and you can plainly see the EULA.TXT file on the CD. (I cannot see the EZBOOT dir as when I created the ISO I selected to "hide the boot folder."
What little #### thing am I missing here? The CD boots fine. The W2k Setup program launches just fine, it just cannot find the eula.txt file. I am sooo darn angry right now. (I am soooo close, yet soooo far.)

Upon typing my last reply, it dawned on me that I shouldn't have to make any changes to ANY of the files for this to work. So, I returned everything to the "default" state and OMG, IT WORKED!
Thanks go out to all that have helped me thru this! It shows me that a good product is only as good as it's support community!
