hello balder,
I've met a stranger encounter.
There's quite a lot of programs that I made before which were bootable ok, but now unboot in Easyboot DVD ?
So I re-test them in VMWare again and they all pass and boot normal. Then I rewrite the "mycd.iso" image to a new DVD and test, they fail to boot with the following error message :
---------------------------------------------------------------------- GRUB4DOS 0.4.4 2009-10-16, mEMORY: 2064850873k / 1918m, MenuEnd: 0xA2299B30 [Minimal BASH-like line ediiting is supported. For the first word, TAB lists possible command completions. Anywhere else TAB list the possible completions of a device/filename. ]
grub> ----------------------------------------------------------------------
The software which were boot ok before and now fail to boot are :
Acronis True Image 2011 Acronis Disk Director 11 Easeus Disk Copy 2.3 Paragon Drive Copy10 SE Windows 7 PE Easeus Partition Manager 5 Paragon Partition Manager 10 Paragon Partition Manager 11 Paragon Adaptive Restore 2010
They all seem to have a same symptom. If I say I use your newest made Easyboot script for the new software like : Paragon Partition Manager 11 Paragon Adaptive Restore 2010 Acronis True Image 2011 Paragon Partition Manager 11
Then I can claim that there may have error in your script , but the old software that I made 3 months ago Like : Easeus Disk Copy 2.3 Easeus Partition Manager 5
These 2 old software I made before have not been modified or rebuild by the new Easyboot script.
So I don't understand why this happen. And come to now I've a fail booted Multi-boot DVD. But just a week ago , before I add the new software , all software in my made Easyboot DVD were boot ok !!
Please help. Thanks.

Well, problem seems to be related to “grub-kicker-images”  – if I understand this right Further more I guess we can isolate this discussion to the “easyboot-iso.script”. Correct?
Let me first clarify – that I have not made any changes in script that can explain this behavior from your “big build” (it is a large build in my opinion). Note: I have not changed grub-file used in “kicker-image” (no updates on that one). The only thing that has been changed in script is the option to use the “bcdw-command” related to Hiren – which doesn’t influence to anything else in script.
I noticed you have Acronis-ISO-files in your build. You can use the “bcdw-command” (if not already used) to those products – read HERE
This is a guess from me  - but a relatively good guess – that when you burn this rather large build to DVD things gone wrong. Note: this is not any “burning news” for me – big DVD’s tend to flip out. It works okay in “Virtual environment”, but not in “reality”
If I were you I should test using a CD-RW and test most of your different utilities on that medium (smaller build) to clarify that it do work, before heading the “big build” (the DVD-approach)
To summarize… Taken together all your inputs, I’m pretty sure that your problem is related to the “big build”. Test creating “smaller builds” and use CD-RW-medium to sort out what works and what do not works.

Just a note: ---------------- I have seen in several times that a project works in VMWare and does not in real. and also there were several projects that fail in VMWare but work in real world.
for example i have made "Reatogo" live CD ,and i use that for several years. but untill this time it's iso does not run by VMWare and i always get blue page. the real cd of (Reatogo) is working for me for several years, but VMWare fails when booting by that.
So 1.do not trust VMWare %100 2.In large bootable DVD's try to burn in slow speed

hello balder,
Thanks for your advise about Acronis with "bcdw-command". I use your way to move all the Acronis's iso to C:\EasyBoot\disk1\EZBOOT and change to bcdw-command. Then I burn the mycd.iso to a dvdrw and test all software one by one , it means I have to reboot my compurter many many times.
They all boot ok , fine. Not any software fail me and they just like what I expected.
Just a small tips may change the world. You are marvellous. What ? You just guess ! Oh , how can you be that great ! I know it's because of experience.
Actually still I don't understand , why I just change the :
Acronis Rescue 2010 Acronis True Image 2011 Acronis Disk Director 11
Only these 3 Acronis software will make my whole DVD becomes normal. Even the Paragon's new software and other tiny software change to normal. I can hardly find out what is the relationshop between Acronis with Paragon , or even my Win7PE ?
My Easyboot DVD now comes to 3.78GB with no XP , vista/7 or Hiren's Boot CD. Anyway , I succeed with your help. And I've to close this topic. Many thanks to you.
------------------------------------------------------------------------ hello madar,
Thanks for your join-in help. I've read about your written message, they all show that you are technical and with a kind heart to everybody. Just like helping me this time.
quote : "1.do not trust VMWare %100"
You are right , this is the first time I found out VMWare is not 100% reflecting the real world. So of course , I agree with you. Lastly I always burn cd/dvd at half maximum speed.
Thanks for your kind help.
