I have a rough idea how to make windows 7 install itself from USB using grub4dos.
A good example good be found here.

In that guide in the 2nd step is says: "Copy everything in Windows 7 Installation DVD into your USB storage."
The problem is that I already have a dir named Boot on my USB and it belongs to Ophcrack.
Is there any way around this problem ?

It depends on what version of Ophcrack.ISO you use 
There is NT6-based and isolinux\syslinux-based Ophcrack 
If using NT-6-based you should use my script easyboot-iso.script and run ISO as it is (not extracting any files or folders to USB) you automatically get the right command from script to use in EasyBoot menu and you don't need to check "Run ISO from RAM" in script.
You can then use easyboot-Vista\Win7.script to integrate Win-7 into EasyBoot.
Use my grub-kicker-image – download HERE and put image (SETUPNT6.IMG.GZ) in folder ezboot.
Use menu command in EasyBoot menu: Â memdisk SETUPNT6.IMG.GZ
Then use easyboot-grub-iso.script to create a new ISO-file (read help in script) and finally continuing using easyboot-grub-iso.script and choose to transfer the whole big build to your USB device.
Note: your USB device is formatted during this process
However, if your Ophcrack.ISO is based on isolinux\syslinux you can use the same folder Boot (merge files and folders inside folder Boot).
Then you can use the USB device the way you already do

Yes, but it seems that this is the method you are bound to use
Note: I cannot provide you with download link to the “old” ophcrack Vista LiveCD built with source from NT-6 (Vista\Win-7) as this is related to licence agreements 
The “new” ophcrack Vista LiveCD is based on isolinux\syslinux and also use grub.
However, you can use my script easyboot-iso.script to integrate ophcrack.ISO and launch this “new” ophcrack Vista LiveCD.ISO-file as it is
Then use easyboot-grub-iso.script to transfer EasyBoot-build to USB (read help in script).
Note1: there might be a drawback (there is always some drawbacks  ) using this method (launch ISO-file as it is).
I guess that “tables” cannot be reached from inside of ISO-file – but might be possible to have on the root of USB.
Note2: I’m not considering me to be any expert on this field – so I only provide help to launching ISO-file(s).
Note3: do not check “Run ISO from RAM” in script, as this isn’t needed.
Attention
Do a new download of my scripts as there are some important updates to scripts.

Sounds great. I thought that your iso script is not intended to be used with linux based isos.
I will give it a try.
I have tables folder on the root of the usb anyways.

You my friend are an expert  I don't know what will would do without your knowledge and expertise. ;)
PS: Can Windows 7 setup be launched as an iso rather than being unpacked using your script?

No unfortunately Windows 7 setup cannot be launched as an iso – but Vista\Win-7_PE.ISO-files can be launched this way.

Sure
1. Extract floppy image from OPHCRK.img.gz.
2. Extract menu.lst from inside of extracted OPHCRK.img
3. Open menu.lst (use notepad) and there you have grub menu code
Note: you need to add the “title –line” – something like: title launch OPHCRK (or whatever you like)
Don’t forget to change path in menu.lst – I use a folder “ISO” – which you might not

balder thank you so much for your help.
It seems your easyboot-iso script worked perfectly with ophcrack. I was able to load ophcrack and it successfully loaded tables of the root of my usb. I also removed tables that were in the iso itself in order to save some space.
I am very surprised because I thought that your iso script is only able to launch NT based distributions.
I did not think that I would be able to launch linux based CD.
I am very impressed. Now my super repair usb looks very clean and organized.
